SOLA is a registered privately held Corporation with its registration filed in Wyoming, May of 2002. SOLA has filed a Uniform Franchise Offering Circular with all States and was accepted in 2002 to operate Nationwide with its U.F.O.C.
SOLA falls under the rules and regs of the FTC and SEC. We are based out of the State of Texas with six offices nationwide and five partnerships outside of SOLA business interests.

We are a Venture Capital Investment Group that specializes in Start-Up to Early Phase companies. In addition to SOLA we operate businesses that specialize in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Efficiency, PAT, MIR-NIR Optical Technology, Nano Technology, Oil & Gas License Monitoring, Billboard Advertising, FDA/EPA Regulatory Compliance and SEC Regulatory D Filings.

There are six principles within the SOLA family and two majority shareholders.
