Organized in 2002, SOLA is a venture capital investment group headquartered in San Antono, TX. SOLA Inc focuses on an underserved market of entrepreneurs and investors located primarily in the United States.

SOLA Inc. focuses on beginning to early stage financings in a variety of industry sectors. We are mostly interested in high growth opportunities that revolve around information technology and its convergence with nanotech. In spite of our focus in nano technology we are openly reviewing various products in other industries such as communications technologies, biotechnologies, life sciences, information monitoring, NIR/MIR technology, UV/UVS, PAT, Efficiency Manufacturing, Color Spectroscopy, Oil & Gas monitoring, FDA/EPA Compliance and various retail ancillary products. SOLA will consider investments in any company or product that meets its investment criteria.

SOLA's managing partners are Joseph A. Geraci and Edward C. Wagner who are supported by an advisory board of eight business people. The advisory board assists the partnership in the sourcing of quality investment opportunities, in business plan evaluation, and in post-investment service to portfolio companies.
